David Rhodes

David has spent twenty-five years building and running businesses across technology and professional services, learning to negotiate, look after clients, and lead teams along the way. He co-founded Stowhill Estates Buckinghamshire with his wife Sara to bring a different approach to selling premium homes: one that combines real market data with marketing that tells a property's story, and the close personal attention only a small agency can give. What he most enjoys is the people behind every move: the family outgrowing the kitchen, the empty-nesters ready for the next chapter, the couple relocating for a new job. Helping shape those decisions, and getting them right, is the part of the job that matters most. Outside work, David lives with Sara, their two children, and Hugo, their Hungarian Vizsla.
